Take Small Steps: Break the goal down into small achievable daily steps. try spending 15-30 per day toward your goal/dreams. set a timer a stay focused. “It is better to take many small steps in the right direction than to make a great leap forward only to stumble backward.” ~ Old Chinese Proverb

  2. Self Care: Take the time to recover from the effort you expend. Growth happens only after the work, not during it. So take the time to reflect with gratitude. “It’s not happiness that brings us gratitude. It’s gratitude that brings us happiness.”

  3. Be her now: why wait until you become her to make the change. Imagine who you want to become and adopt the attitude and behavior that future version of yourself. “For me, becoming isn’t about arriving somewhere or achieving a certain aim. I see it instead as forward motion, a means of evolving, a way to reach continuously toward a better self. The journey doesn’t end.”

  4. Stop Comparing: Comparison is the THIEF of JOY! Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.   6. Stay ready and Prepared: Over prepare, then go with the flow. Unless going with the flow goes against your values. In which case, resist the current, and be the courageous one who changed the flow. Trust yourself to do something you haven’t done before.   7. Time Management: Be present pay attention to where and what you spend your time and energy. Schedule, plan and learn to say no. You do not have to seize every opportunity. “Where your attention goes, your time goes”

  8. Pay down debit: Pay your credit cards off monthly. If you don't have the cash for it then you probably don't need or its not the right time for it. Finances is the number one cause of stress.

  9. Move your body: Exercising is good for more than just tight abs and ass. Movement helps with joints, anxiety, depression and of course weight loss.

  10. NO matter how you feel get up, stand up and show TF out: Mind over matter. Dress for how you want to feel, speak how you want to feel, dream of what you want to achieve, and work for what you want. Change ain't easy, loving yourself through it ain't either.
