I love ice cream but don't always want the calories that come with it! This my go to recipe. Not gonna lie I haven't mastered the perfect popsicle so most of the time it ends up being a bowl of sorbet. LOL

Trust me when I say the little ones will approve too!!

This frozen treat is packed with protein, fiber and only 110 calories per serving. Perfect treat for this Texas heat. Plus, I love blueberries so there was no way I was passing up this recipe! Don't just take my word for it. Try it for Yo Self!!


Deliciously Creamy Blueberry and Avocado Pops


Ingredients:


Here's what you'll need:

  • 2 avocados (pitted)

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries

  • 10 soft dates, pitted

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 cup of nut butter of choice (optional) I prefer almond


What you'll need to do:
